Cannot connect to Youtube / iTunes Store? Here's the fix!

This is just a tip to fix something that seems to be a problem for many iPod Touch owners.

Basically people just start getting problems using the iTunes and YouTube applications in their iPods. Happens suddenly and no matter what you do, you can't fix it. The error message is typically "Cannot connect to Youtube and Cannot connect to iTunes Store".

Why is this happening? It happens because you have set the wrong date in you device. How to fix this? Here's the How-To:

1. Go to Settings - General and then Date & Time
2. Make sure you have set the right date. Check the year too!

It is simple as that. YouTube and iTunes will start working properly right away, there is no need to even boot the device.
